Client Transformation: Building the Foundation for a Big Vision

This client, who we’ll call Mariah for the purpose of this case study, is an incredible business coach with a big vision. She has a passion for serving others and creating a positive impact in the world. She inspires others to build their dream life and equips them with the tools they need to do so.
The Challenge
She first came to me with a big vision for her business and how she wants to use her business & skills to change lives, but she felt like there were too many scattered pieces and projects throughout her business and didn’t feel like she was currently moving in the right direction to bring that vision to life. She knew she needed a strong foundation rooted in effective strategy, organization, and efficient processes in order to support the vision she has for her business.
The Plan
In our first three months working together, we developed and implemented a strategic plan for organizing and optimizing internal business operations, mapped out her long-term offer suite, and created a business development plan focused on growing her business in the direction of her vision.
The Results of the Big Vision
Through these efforts, she was able to experience calm and clarity in her business and to make confident decisions, knowing that those decisions are moving her closer to her dream for her business.
From the newly implemented and streamlined processes, we were able to go into our first launch since we had started working together with complete preparedness, organization, and calm. And guess what? That was her most successful launch to date – and least stressful one too!
