Upon seeing this blog title you decided to learn more about the shop and its products.
Or maybe you stumbled across this blog while visiting our website and wanted to know what exactly a “Visionary Vault” is.

Why the Visionary Vault?
Our CEO, Caitlyn, has called her clients visionaries since the beginning. Most entrepreneurs are creative, ingenuitive, intelligent people with a vision for the business they’ll build and the impact they’ll have in the world. They love a big-picture moment and know where they want to go and what they want to do. But business can get messy, especially as it starts to grow and build momentum. Sometimes we need a little help with the housekeeping to stay on track – BUILDwell to SCALEwell, as we like to say.
That’s where Upwell comes in. We help with systems, processes, automations, and operations strategy. In the process of helping visionary CEOs over the years, we noticed a few trends:
- A lot of clients had struggles related to planning and organization, especially with finances
- When we built out templates for specific clients to solve those struggles, eventually other clients would find those same templates, with some customizations, useful too
- A lot of clients could benefit from some trainings related to project planning, organization, and task delegation
- Most trainings available on the market were a part of huge $1000+ courses, when a client might only need one piece of the course to provide what they need.
And thus, the Visionary Vault was born: a digital shop for busy CEOs of growing businesses who don’t have the time for 10+ hour courses or the money to pay for them – especially when they don’t need over half of the materials. We offer affordable & actionable tools to help you plan, organize, and intentionally grow your business with ease.

At its heart, the Visionary Vault is a shop for the people. We want to offer practical and useful tools that entrepreneurs actually need – and without all the fluff. The goal is to make your life easier without the need for a multi-hour course or huge price tag.
This is why we’ve also made a Visionary Vault wishlist – a way for you to tell us what you need help with, the things you find yourself thinking “If only I had a way to ____.” Then, as we develop more products for the Vault, we can make templates and trainings based on what our community needs.
